Dr. Blout is both knowledgeable and caring. She takes time with each patient and is always willing to answer questions. We have a pet with a chronic condition and she was great at diagnosing and managing it.
Honestly this vet office deserves 0 stars Dr. Blout not a honest person and loves to misdiagnosed animals to make more money and then when she gives the wrong meds and there staff tells you oh we can't see you for 3 to 4 days after spending thousands of dollars there. Amy has the most nasty personality not a very nice person. I really don't understand when you are a client and this is your vet for all animals including family members been going there and being a faithful client and they flat out deny service telling you in 3 or 4 days is the earliest and it's something that can't wait that long how in the hell can you treat a client been with you since you opened. Come to find out this is happening more and more to her clients so be careful everyone! I am so disappointed.
Dr. Blout and the staff are really nice and take excellent care of our dog. It is pricey, but all veterinarians are so that's to be expected. Will continue to go here in the future.
